The following information should provide you with all the information you need to get started shopping with us online. If you would prefer not to order via the website you can email your order by stipulating exactly what you require and how many, or you can telephone us on 01228 674717. Please note however, that prices shown on the web site may be exclusive online prices and in-store prices may vary in comparison.
Purchasing
To make a purchase it could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
New Customers
If you have not purchased before you will be required to enter all your details and create a password for future log in details. This will allow you to shop faster in the future, track the status of your current orders and review your previous orders.
Existing Customers
If you have already logged in using your password your existing details and current order will be shown on-screen, if not you will be asked to log in.
Payment and Security
Payment may be made using PayPal Secure Payment to process all transactions. You can pay for your order straightaway by credit or debit card through PayPal, alternatively you can place your order and contact us for payment, orders will not be shipped until paid for in full.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send your goods complete with an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
We aim to hold all items in stock, however should an item be more popular than we expected, there may be occasional delays when ordering.
