Shipping Costs and Returns

We currently deliver all our Ifor Williams Parts orders to the UK only, there is a flat rate charge of £6.95 per order which will be added on at checkout or there is also the option of collection from our own store at Blackford, Carlisle. 
 
Delivery Schedule
 
Orders received Monday - Friday will be dispatched the following working day. Orders received at the weekend will be dispatched on the Monday.
 
Please email or call for further details. Bank Holidays are not classed as working days and as such there may be some delay in receiving your order.
 
We are unable to deliver to addresses containing a PO Box number or FREEPOST addresses. 
 
We will deliver to the address and postcode as you enter it and cannot accept liability for late or failed delivery due to an incorrect address. If you are unsure of an address or postcode, please check it using the Post Office address finding service.
 
If in the unlikely event that your goods are not received within 10 working days of ordering, please notify us by email or by telephone on 01228 674717 and quote your order number We cannot be held liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay on delivery of the goods
 
Receiving Your Goods
 
Please note that a majority of deliveries are sent by Courier and MUST be signed for. If there is no-one in to receive the parcel a card will be left so a more convenient time can be arranged for delivery. Alternatively you can leave a signed note for the driver to leave your parcel at a neighbour's address.
 
If the goods are not checked on receipt please sign as unchecked, otherwise any claims for damage caused in transit would not be upheld by the courier. If any claims for damage then this should be notified to us within the given 14 day period from receiving the parcel.
 
If you have any special requirements, please ensure you leave details in the comments section of your order or call us to make us aware of the details. Please note that a charge may apply for special arrangements.
 
Checking the Status of Your Order
 
You can check the status of your order by checking your 'Order History' of your account or phone us direct on 01228 674717
 
Our Guarantee
 
If at any time you are not completely satisfied with the goods you have received, please notify us by email within 2 working days of your delivery. You should then arrange for the unwanted items to be returned to us in the condition in which they were received. We recommend you send the goods recorded delivery for your own protection. On receipt of the returned goods we will arrange for your account to be credited with the full cost of the goods only.
 
Please note credit card companies do not allow refunds to any other card. You must allow 7 working days for a refund to be acknowledged by your credit card company.
 
Returns Policy
 
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm
 
Faulty/Damaged Items
 
All of our products are covered by a 12 month warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage. If a fault does occur during this period, we shall arrange to have the item repaired or replaced after it has been inspected. Any delivery charges will be met after inspection of the item.
 
Upon receipt of your goods please inspect to ensure your goods are in good condition. Please note that we will cover the cost of return where the item is faulty or an error occurred on our part.
 
Please contact us for returns authorisation before sending the goods back or we may be unable to process your claim.
 
Unwanted Items
 
Items may be returned providing that you do so within 7 days of receipt in an unused condition and fully packaged in original packaging so the item can be re-sold to another customer. Used items etc may not be returned. Please contact us for returns authorisation before sending the goods back or we will be unable to process your claim.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost returns so please ensure you return them via an appropriate courier or insured method as we do not accept any liability until received by us. Also please note that delivery charges are non-refundable in the event of an unwanted item being returned.

Every effort has been made to ensure that the descriptions, images and specifications provided on our website are correct, however technical data, dimensions and weights serve as a guide only. Sometimes product specifications may change, in such instances we'll do our very best to inform you when placing your order. All our sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure they are as accurate as possible. No guarantee is given or implied that goods will confirm in absolute detail to the description or illustrations published.
